郑州交通职业学院 毕 业 论 文（设 计） 论文（设计）题目：论框架结构与框剪结构的区别与联系 所属系别 建筑工程系 专业班级 建筑工程技术 姓　　名 张华强 学　　号座机电话号码0450252 指导教师 韩露 撰写日期2012/12/16 摘 要 在现有的建筑结构形式中目前应用最为广泛的当属框剪结构和框架结构,原有的砖混结构、木结构已经不能满足现代建筑产品所要求的各种功能。在以施工组织设计为核心和灵魂的施工活动中，建筑结构形式的选择显得尤为重要。每个建筑几乎都有自己的特点，几乎所有的建筑产品都可以称之为个例。但是在所有的建筑产品中又能找到它们的相似点，我们称之为共性。积于这个原因，我们说所有的建筑产品都是在借鉴中升华而又达到一个新的高度。积于这样的论述我认为建筑产品没有以单一的建筑形式建造的建筑产品。所以我们说框剪结构和框架结构是有联系的。框剪结构和框架结构不是完全对立的。框剪结构是框架结构和剪力墙结构两种体系的结合，吸取了各自的长处，既能为建筑平面布置提供较大的使用空间，又具有良好的抗侧力性能。框剪结构中的剪力墙可以单独设置，也可以利用电梯井、楼梯间、管道井等墙体框架结构由梁柱构成，构件截面较小，因此框架结构的承载力和刚度都较低，它的受力特点类似于竖向悬臂剪切梁，楼层越高，水平位移越慢，高层框架在纵横两个方向都承受很大的水平力，这时，现浇楼面也作为梁共同工作的，装配整体式楼面的作用则不考虑，框架结构的墙体是填充墙，起围护和分隔作用，框架结构的特点是能为建筑提供灵活的使用空间，但抗震性能差Summary In the existing building structure form of the most widely used is frame shear structure and frame structure, the original brick structure, wood,,,, cannot have satisfied all the requirements of modern building products.
