With the development and wide application of computer multimedia technology in the middle school education, we have the full realization that modern information technology has become more and more important in the quality education. As an important part of school quality education, physical education should meet the requirements of the times. The combination of physical teaching and multimedia is advantageous for students to master the basic knowledge of PE and health, stimulate the students learning motivation and interest, enhance students independent learning ability, improve studens understanding for physical techniques and skills, promote students ideological and moral education. From both the basic theory and teaching theory, this paper discusses the important role of multimedia technology in middle school physical teaching. This paper points out the influence of multimedia technology in full sphere teaching.Meanwhile, the paper puts forward some suggestions on the application of multimeida technology in stuffed ball teaching in the middle school physical education.
