压缩空气组合式干燥机 Compressed Air Combined Type Desiccators （LXG-20SW） 使 用 说 明 书 Instructions for use 杭州联合超滤净化设备有限公司 HANGZHOU CHAOLV PURIFICATION EQUIPMENT CO., LTD 提示警告 Warning 1. 干燥机所用动力电源三相交流50 Hz 380V，最大功率为3.73KW，必须提供足够容量和符合电压要求的电源并单独配置电气柜，以保证设备的正常工作。 The power supply of the desiccators shall be three phase 50 Hz 380V and the highest power is 3.73KW, In order to guarantee the proper operation, individual electrical cabinet conforming to the power requirements must be installed. 2. 压缩空气的进气流量、温度、压力不能超过干燥机的额定流量和所要求的温度、压力。 The inlet air flow、temperature and pressure of the compressed air can not exceed the dryer’s rating flow and the required temperature and pressure . 3. 先启动后通气，通气增加速率为每10分钟20%，50分钟后达到满负荷。 Startup before ventilate, the increasing velocity ventilating is 20% every 10 minutes, and reach the full load after 50 minutes. 4. 停机时先停气后停机。 Stop the output before cut off the power. 5. 干燥机在运行时应定时巡视，排水系统是否正常，系统有无异常声响。 When the desiccators works, check whether the drain system works properly and there is abnormal noise in the system. 当出现故障停机时，请按提示查明原因，排除故障后方能再启动。 When it stops caused by fault, please find out the reason according to the indication, it should not start up before eliminate the fault.  一、操作说明 Working instructions 开机前应作如下检查： Make the following checking before start: 管网系统所有阀门均处于正常待工作状态； All valves in the pipe system shall be in the proper working positions. 仪表板上冷媒表有指示（夏季在1.1MPa左右，冬季在0.6MPa左右）； Indication of the cooling media on the panel is normal.( about 1.1MPa in summer and 0.6MPa in winter ) 检查电源电压，不得超过额定值±10%，两相间电压不平衡度不得超过2%。 Check the power and voltage which can’t exceed ±10% of the rating value, and the 冷却水进水温度小于等于31。进水水压0.2~0.4MPa。 上述检查确实无误，即可开机。 If the above-mentioned items are normal, start the equipment. 按下起动按钮，冷媒压缩机开始运转（请勿反复启动）。 Press the “Start” button, and the cooling medium compressor will start thereafter..(Don’t start repeatedly.) 观察仪表板，冷媒低压表应缓慢下降至0.4MPa左右。此时机器已进入正常工作状态； Observe the panel.
