媒介·文化传播·环境新闻 　　　——媒介传播的跨文化研究视角 刘敬华 ? 内容概要：在某些方面、某种程度上，中国经济表现出与西方国家发展程度相当的繁荣面貌。高速发展的经济，在创造高度丰盈的物质财富的同时，也“批量复制”了极富诱惑力的精神产品，由物质、精神文化存在的拟像化、符码化所形构的消费性社会及其消费逻辑，凸显了全球化的文化消费语境，可以说这是中国媒介文化传播所面临的世界性的生长环境；同时，如果说在普适性的现代经济产业模式、现代消费意识形态重构媒介文化传播环境的层面上，中西表现出某种程度的同一性的话，那么，在更为微观的的层面上，由于中国与西方发达国家在经济发展程度上的差异性和不平衡性，由差异性的宗教文化观念和政治经济体制机制所质构的新闻传播价值观念，媒介传播机制、理念，新闻教育及学科发展等方面，在经济发展这块“像镜”中，则表现出不同的面相，至少是阶梯等级式的“格位差”。而中西环境新闻的发展就比较显明地凸出了这种“格位差”。 关 键 词 ： 媒介异化 文化消费 环境新闻 ?In certain aspects: In certain aspects, development degree of Chinese economy shows identical prosperous appearance，comparing with western countries. The economy develops at high speed, creating highly abundant material wealth, also duplicating the intellectual and artistic product being rich in attraction.The constructions of consumption society and expense logic having been shaped by the symbol of the material and the energetic cultural existence , have highlighted cultural consumptional environment of the globalization .This environment maybe the worldwide basis habitat that the Chinese medium culture dissemination faces;At the same time, if it is right that Chinese economy and western countries’ economy display identy in some kind of degree, because universal modern economical industry pattern and the modern expense ideology restructure the medium culture dissemination environment.The following is also ture.in more microscopic aspects, the economy development of Chinese and Western developed country display great difference and imbalance, At these aspects,for example ,news dissemination value idea, medium dissemination mechanism, news education and so on ,being constructed by different religious culture idea and political economic system mechanism nature, display great different appearance. So the development of China and the West environment news quite clearly proved this kind “the standard potential difference”.
