The State Program of the Innovative Development of the Republic of Belarus for 2007?–?2010 The State Program of the Innovative Development of the Republic of Belarus for 2007?–?2010 years has been developed on the basis of the Concept of National Innovation System of the Republic of Belarus, National Strategy for Sustainable Social and Economic Development of the Republic of Belarus till the year 2020, Complex Prognosis of Scientific and Technical Progress of the Republic of Belarus for 2006 – 2025 years, Program of Social and Economic Development of the Republic of Belarus for 2006 – 2010 years. The governmental program is aimed at achievement of the main priority of the country - national economy transfer to a mode of intensive development within the limits of the Belarusian economic model and defines the aims and objectives of innovative development of economy, directions, mechanisms and means of their realisation. Its basis ? stage-by-stage construction of the National innovative system of Belarus - modern institutional models of generation, distribution and use of knowledge, its implementation in new products, technologies, services in all spheres of life of the Belarusian society. The Governmental program aims are defined on the basis of key problems of innovative development and requirements of innovative national economy formation. For their realisation during the period of 2007 - 2010 the following problems must be solved: ??creation of the legislative basis for the formation of technological economic environment favouring the innovative development; ??development of the Governmental program of intellectual property protection and management; ??realisation of the Governmental program of the development of the material basis of science in 2007 - 2010; ??formation of the innovative vertical“.
