Observe Chinese Culture from Chinese Idioms 　　Abstract. Chinese idioms are the essence of the Chinese language， the crystallization of human wisdom and the important carrier of national culture. Through the structure， content and meaning of Chinese idioms， we can see various forms of the history and culture of the Han nationality. Observe national culture through the structure， content， meaning of Chinese idioms， namely the phenomenon of the linguistic phenomenon and culture phenomenon， we focus on elaborating Chinese idioms and cultural relationship between a Chinese idiom and Chinese culture. 　　Key words： Chinese Idioms； National Traditional Culture； Idiom Structure； Idioms Content； Material Culture； Spiritual Culture 　　1. Introduction 　　Chinese idioms are fixed phrases with concise form and incisive sense after long-term use， which is the national special member in language vocabulary treasure of rich implication and the most expressive. It has a large number， complete form and extractive content. So far， there are many monographs and papers on the idioms studies. However， these studies are only from their own values and the effect of idioms and ethnic cultural relations at the level of research is still insufficient. In this paper， we believe that an all-round， multi-angle study conducted idioms； especially from the idiom transmission of national culture is of great value. From the Chinese idiom， we can appreciate the glorious national material civilization and spiritual civilization， which can most fully demonstrate the nation’s cultural identity， ways of thinking， value systems， customs and aesthetic appeal. 　　2.
