SJY系列炉内加药装置 SJY Series Boiler Chemical Dosing Equipment 使用说明书 Instructions 版 号: 01 Edition :01 文件编号:ZG/WH001-2009 Document No. ZG/WH001-2009 中美合资苏州赛华仪控有限公司 SINO-US SUZHOU SAIHUA INSTRUMENT CONTROL CO.,LTD 二○○九年一月  工作原理及使用 the principle and application SJY系列炉内加药装置主要火力发电厂热力系统，通过跟踪热力系统水汽品质的变化，加药计量泵自动将化学溶液如：氨、联胺、磷酸盐溶液等加入水汽系统，使水汽系统品质处于良好工况，保证机组安全运行。 SJY series boiler chemical dosing equipment is most applied in thermal system of fire power plant. And it used in tracking water and steam quality of thermal system, then according it to add the dose into the water and steam system automatically, as ammonia, diamine and phosphate. It could make the units be in safe running with good working state of water and steam system quality. 各部分名称 parts name 加氨/联胺装置 加磷酸盐装置 Add ammonia/ diamine equipment Add phosphate equipment 装置启动前的操作 the operation before startup of equipment 系统检查 system check 检查各连接接头，紧固件不应有松动、脱落现象； Check each point connects well, and be sure there is no loose and fall off appearance. 检查水箱溢流管是否畅通； Check if the overflow pipe is fluent 检查装置总电源是否接入； Check if the total power is on input 各计量泵状态是否正常（有无故障）； If the metering pump is on normal 溶液箱内是否有药液，溶液箱液位降至低液位时，报警开，计量泵停止工作。 Check if there is liquor in the tank; it would warn when the liquid level is lower than normal, and the metering pump would off running. 配制药品 dispense chemical 2.1 关闭所有阀门；Take all valves off 2.2 打开排污阀，排污时间5min，排污结束后关闭排污阀； Open the blow-off valve and hold on 5min, then close it. 2.3 打开进水阀和进药阀，按比例配制氨溶液，待溶液箱液位计指示到高液位时关闭进药阀、进水阀（或根据需要加到一定液位）。 Open the inlet water valve and inlet chemical valve, make up the liquid pro rate. Close the valves when the liquid level meter point at high liquid level. (Or if needed) 2.4 打开搅拌电机搅拌，使溶液均匀。 Put on the stirring machine and stir the liquid. 装置启动 startup the equipment 1、打开计量泵出口阀门； Open the outlet valve of metering pump 2、打开计量进口阀，溶液箱出口阀； Open inlet valve of meter and outlet valve of liquid tank 3、调整计量泵行程至适当位置（
