Stream I – Primary Schools 組別一 - 小學組 This stream is opened for full-time students of Hong Kong primary schools (P.1 – P.6, academic year from 2010 – 2011). Based on the topic of “The Future of Information Communication and Technology for the Society”, the two drawing or digital arts projects can be conducted by an individual or a group of no more than four students (From the same school). Each entrant/group requires the support of signature from the teacher-in-charge of ICT/ Art or school principal. 參賽者必須為本地認可的全日制小學學生 (2010至2011學年內的小一至小六學生)。以個人或小組 (必須是同校) 方式提交繪畫或數碼設計作品，題目為「未來的資訊及通訊科技世界」。小組人數不可多於4人。每名參賽者/小組須得到校內負責資訊及通訊科技學科老師，美術科老師或校長簽署支持。 Stream II – Secondary Schools 組別二 - 中學組 This stream is opened for full-time students of Hong Kong secondary schools (F.1 – F.7, academic year from 2010 – 2011). The essay can be conducted by an individual or a group of no more than four students. Each entrant/group requires the support of signature from the teacher-in-charge of ICT or school principal. 參賽者必須為本地認可的全日制中學學生 (2010至2011學年內的中一至中七學生)。以個人或小組方式提交論文，小組人數不可多於4人。每參賽者/組須得到校內負責資訊及通訊科技學科老師或校長簽署支持。 Stream III – College & Undergraduates組別三 - 大專及大學組 This stream is opened for full-time students or undergraduates of local registered tertiary institutions, including graduates in the academic year of 2009 – 2010. The projects can be conducted by an individual or a group of no more than six students. The submitted projects must be 100% developed and supervised, from start to end, under the tertiary institutes in Hong Kong, including universities and tertiary institutions.
