This paper is in Chinas industrial automation present situation, find out the industrial automation development in our country, the problems of Chinas industrial automation, the development trend of our country and the industrial automation development put forward some Suggestions. Keywords: industrial automation; technology development; PLC; electronic technology 随着我国现代科学技术的繁荣发展，炼油、化工，冶金、电力、生物、制 药等行业的投资生产的规模越来越呈现多层次化，复合化，施工难度更加复杂化， 随着对新设备的引进和新的操控技术的掌握，各种可以一部分代替操作人员的手 工操作，有力的保证了施工标准的执行，规范了操作程序，降低了工作人员的生 命财产风险，提高了生产管理的效率，降低了生产管理的成本，为整个工业化的 发展奠定了良好的基础。工业自动化综合运用控制理论、电子装备、仪器仪表、 计算机和相关工艺技术，对工业生产过程实现检测、控制、优化、调度、管理和 决策，达到增加产量、提高质量、节省能耗、降低消耗、减少污染、确保安全等 目的的一种综合惟技术，使生产在不同程度上自动地进行，并达到预定的目标， 这种用自动化装置来管理生产过程的办法，称为生产过程自动化。 我国工业自动化的发展现状 我国的经济发展近年来已经取得了辉煌的成果，工业化的水平不断得到提 升，工业中的自动化程度也日益加深。但是从我国的整体工业化发展状况来看， 我国的传统产业存在着技术装备陈旧落后，能源消耗率高，资源浪费多，产品质 量难以得到保障，对工业化自动化的管理水平较低，这些方面与西方发达工业国 家相比，有着巨大的差距，我国自改革开放来，虽然加大了对设备技术等方面的 引进和研发，但在核心技术上的突破艰难，设备技术自动化水平远远落后于西方 发达工业化国家。面对着激烈的世界竞争，我国必须将现代电子技术，现代信息 技术运用到我国的传统工业技术的实施上来，不断提
