环氧化酶-2与肺癌 [摘要] 近来的研究表明，环氧化酶-2(COX-2)在肺癌中的表达增强，且可能在肺癌的发生发展过程中起了较为重要的作用，为肺癌的治疗提供了新的靶点。本文将从COX-2的结构与表达调控、其在肺癌中的表达及意义、致癌机制等方面就COX-2与肺癌的研究进展作一综述。 [关键词] 环氧化酶 ；肺癌 Cyclooxygenase-2 and lung cancer [Abstract] Recent reports suggest that the expression of cyclooxygenase-2(cox-2) is strong in lung cancer .The high expression of cox-2 may play an important role in the process of the lung cancer . It may provide new targets for the therapy of lung cancer. In this study, the progress of the research between cyclooxygenase-2 and lung cancer was reviewed from structure and regulation, expression and signi
