As the end of the public transport vehicles, bicycles can solve the last mile problem by compensating for the region which public transport can not be spread to. However, the bike rental industry became widespread losses in china because of the backward management. There are only a few bicycle rental companies use the computer information management system for business activities, most enterprise are using the traditional manual operation which is difficult to operate the business data and do query statistics. Therefore, they have a low efficiency and it is difficult to satisfy the customer. In response to these problems, the bicycle rental website which is from the actual situation of rental market based on information has been developed. Paper first briefly introduces the research background and development situation of bicycle rental market both in domestic and foreign countries, and then the main contents and research methods used in this thesis are outlined. The website greatly improves the overall performance by using the SSH open source framework. Then determine the website requirements on the functionality, performance and business through field research and literature data. On the basis of the overall structure of the website design, vehicle information management, vehicle reservations, order processing, user registration and login module have been presented on the detailed design of the website.
