论法律对我国金融业的监管 杨健 金融0601 内容摘要 　　金融监管既是金融业的需求，同时也是对金融业进行有序管理的手段。随着国际金融危机的日益加深，法律对金融业监管的力度与制度均需进行科学的改革。在现阶段，我国的金融监管法律制度与体系存在着诸多缺陷，这就更有必要抓住当前经济形势进行一系列改革，制定科学对策。在本文中，笔者主要从宏观角度出发，系统回顾了我国金融法制的历程，通过对传统金融监管理论与世界金融监管法制发展的简要分析，将国内金融监管法律存在的问题与国际相关经验教训进行比较，进而提出相应的解决方案与对策。 关键词：金融监管；法律制度；金融危机；制度改革 Abstract Financial supervision and the needs of both the financial industry, but also orderly management of the financial industry means.
