河 北 科 技 大 学 毕业设计说明书(论文) 学生姓名： 张卫强 学 号： 020501203 学 院： 机械电子工程学院 专 业： 机械设计制造及其自动化 题 目：安全带轧染整形生产线的设计 ----理带与浸染红外定形部分 指导教师： 郑惠萍（教授） 评阅教师： 齐习娟 （讲师） 2006年6月 毕业设计说明书（论文）中文摘要 汽车行业的飞速发展，刺激了相关行业的科技更新，国内的汽车安全带染色生产线多为进口，价格昂贵，受厂家委托设计一条安全带染色生产线。本次设计仅针对生产线的理带与浸染红外定型部分的设备进行了设计开发。在相关厂矿实地调研和查阅大量资料的基础上，拟定了总体方案。理带部分由两个电机驱动的理带轮同时工作，实现了双走带。在理带部分设计有储带装置，以满足生产线的不间断工作。安全带经过绳状导布装置的位置调整以及整形轧辊的张力调整后进入染缸，初次染色后的安全带经过平幅三辊轧水机的轧制再进入红外线定型机台进行干燥定型。从而实现了安全带染色的第一个工艺，即初染的设计。本设计实现了双走带提高了劳动生产率，预计整条生产线加工的安全带能够满足产品的工艺要求。 关键词: 安全带 理带 浸染 定型 染整 毕业设计说明书（论文）外文摘要 Title The design of dying and finishing processing line of automobile safety belt---the equimpments of tidying up, dying, and infrared ray drying up Abstract Rapid development of automobile industry, stimulates science and technology renewal of the related industry. Most of safety belt dying machines is imported, the price is expensive, so safety belt dying and finishing production lines will be designed. In this project, equipments of tidying up, dying, and infrared ray drying up are fldesigred. A total project is put forward based on foundation investigating in the related factoring, and reading a greet deal of literatures. The equipment of tiding up is drived by two motors, carrying out a double safety belt to feed. The safety belt entry dye vat modulated by the place of leading device and roll, the first time dyes of safety belt through even three system of the roll of water machines. Then enter the infrared ray dying up to dry and finish, that is the first craft. thus carried out safety belt to dye is the first craft, called beginning. Production of this machines is improved by double safely belt feeding. Safety belt production in this machine will satisfy need.
