毕业设计 齿轮型无级变速传动装置设计与运动仿真 摘要 本文在学习相关知识，理解非圆齿轮基本概念和基本方法的基础上，系统地阐述了非圆齿轮实现无级变速的工作原理、设计方法及计算校核过程，绘制了齿轮型无级变速装置装配总图和部分零件图，并进行了运动仿真。采用无级变速传动装置取代传统的汽车多挡有级变速器，不仅有利于节能（降低油耗）和环保（减少废气排放），而且变速操作简便。 齿轮型无级变速装置由可控相位的多组（本设计中为6组）并列非圆齿轮无级变速定轴轮系—超越离合器—圆齿轮变速机构组成。 关键词：非圆齿轮 无级变速 传动速比 Abstract This paper is studying related knowledge, comprehending a non- circle gear which the foundation of the basic concept and basic method, systematically elaborated a non- circle gear how to work, the principle of the design method and match process.
