编号： 毕业设计(论文)说明书 题 目： 数控电流源的制作 院 （系）： 机电工程学院 专 业： 电气工程及其自动化 学生姓名： 学 号： 指导教师单位： 电气工程及其自动化 姓 名： 职 称： 工 程 师 题目类型：¨理论研究 ¨实验研究 t工程设计 ¨工程技术研究 ¨软件开发 摘 要 本系统以AT89S51单片机为核心，电流的输出电路是一个反馈回路。电流值可以在200mA～2000mA范围内连续设定。根据设定的电流值，单片机首先控制DAC0832，输出电流，然后通过A/D0832对精密电阻电压的监控，单片机比较设定的输出电流值与反馈值，改变DA0832的输出值，从而形成闭环回路，保证输出与设定值一致，实现数控输出。本系统主要由两大模块组成：① 大功率压控电流源模块；② 单片机应用系统模块。前者是电流源的核心，起着恒流调节、抑制纹波电流的关键作用；后者则起着设定电流源输出、改善电流调节精度、消除小电流输出的非线性等作用。为了满足精度要求，采用单片机自动控制换挡电路，形成粗调和微调结合，确保精度。由于使用了双闭环控制，不仅提高了系统的稳定性，而且，也保证了电流源的精度。此外，还实现了变增益测量，提高了电流的测量精度。本电流源采用LCD显示界面，使用时直观方便。 关键词：AT89S51单片机；D/A0832转换器；A/D0832转换器；LCD显示界面。 Abstract AT89S51 microcontroller is the core of the system, and the output circuit of current is a feedback loop. We could freely set the output current continuously from 200mA to 2000mA. According to the setting current value, microcontroller firstly controls the D/A0832, and the current will output. Then by monitoring the voltage of accuracy resistance by A/D0832, and comparing the current of monitoring with the setting current value, the microcontroller alters the output value of the D/A0832, so the close-feedback loop coming into being, which in order to keep the value of output according with the setting value, and realizing numerical controlling finally. The system is composed of two main modules: ①The high-power voltage-controlled current source module; ②The MCU application system module. The former one is the hard core of the current source, while keeping the output current steadily and restraining its ripple. The latter one controls the initialization of the output, improves the precision of the output current signal and eliminates the nonlinear effect at the low output caused by small signals.
