More and more companies recruit the talents who they need through network platform.Compared with traditional recruitment forms,Network recruitment has incomparable advantages.It’s broad,convenient,quick and timely A lot job of networks arise like bamboo shoots,but the websites are highly homogeneous;websites environment is rough;function setting is not perfect,so enterprises and job seekers can not choose the best recruitment media under the condition of insufficient research. When enterprises use network platforms for recruitment, they workless well,and that is an embarrassing situation.By taking Shandong Delicious Group Co.,Ltd company(hereinafter referred to as the Delicious Company)as a sample case.Through sampling and statistical data,we can see status quo of network recruitment. Then combined with the human resources manager’ interviews,recent books and data,the paper raises some existing problems of network recruitment and analyzes reasons,which include narrow application of network recruitment,weak infrastructure environment,inadequate services,imperfect service system,and false information,etc. In view
