题 目：柳州市某办公综合楼建筑、结构设计 专 业： 土木工程 专业班级： 土木xxx 姓 名： xxx 学 号： xxxxxxxx 指导教师： xxx 职 称： xxx 二〇一四 年 五 月 十八 日摘 要 本工程为某综合楼工程，总楼层为地上5层，局部6层。总建筑面积3170.89m2。 本工程结构设计采用多层钢筋混凝土框架结构，基本步骤为：结构计算简图的确定；板的设计、楼梯的设计、荷载计算；内力分析；内力组合；梁、柱截面配筋、基础的设计以及结构施工图的绘制等。其中，内力计算分无地震内力组合与有地震内力组合。无地震内力计算考虑以下三种荷载作用，即恒荷载、活荷载、风荷载，恒载内力计算采用二次分配法；有地震内力计算考虑重力荷载代表值和地震荷载。柱、板的设计采用弹性理论；梁的设计采用塑性理论；风荷载、地震荷载内力计算均采用D值法；楼梯选用板式楼梯；基础选用柱下独立基础。 关键词：钢筋混凝土；框架结构；结构设计 Abstract This project is a comprehensive building,including 5 floors of earth amd 6layers of local. The total construction area is 3170.89m2. The engineering structure is designed by multi-layer structure of reinforced concrete frame construction. The basic steps are:the determination of the structure calculation diagram; design of board, design of staircase , load calculation; internal force analysis; internal force combinations; beams, columns section of reinforcement, foundation design and structural construction drawings and other drawings. Among in them, the internal force calculation is divided into non- combination of internal forces and earthquake seismic combination of internal forces. Non-internal force calculation takes into account the following three seismic loads：dead loads, live loads, wind loads.And the calculation of constant load force use the secondary distribution method. Seismic internal force calculation takes into account the representative value of gravity load and seismic loads.The design of column, board uses the theory of elasticity and beams design uses plastic theory. About the wind loads, seismic loads are used to calculate the internal forces by D-valued method.Stairs selects plate stairs;and the foundation selectes independent foundation under column.
