3 Modification of RFP 招标文件的修改 3.1 In case of any modification of this Invitation to Proposal made by OWNER, the OWNER shall notify CONTRACTOR in writing at least 14 calendar days prior to deadline of submitting proposal by the CONTRACTOR (see clause 5). Once received the notice, CONTRACTOR shall immediately in writing acknowledge the received modification. 如业主对本报价邀请内容进行修改，将会在承包商提交报价截止时间（见第5条）前至少14 日内，书面通知承包商，承包商收到通知后应立即以书面形式向业主确认悉知收到修改内容。 3.2 Provided that the notice of modification is failed to deliver to CONTRACTOR within the time limit mentioned above, OWNER will consider extension of the deadline of submitting proposal, and the OWNER will advise CONTRACTOR such extension at that time. 若修改通知未能在上述期限内递交给承包商，业主将酌情延长递交报价的截止时间，具体延长时间届时将通知承包商。 3.3 In case of any contradiction between the modification and this RFP, the latest valid notice in writing shall prevail. 若修改内容与本询价要求相冲突，则以最后发出的有效书面通知为准。 4 Proposal documents to be submitted 应提交的报价文件 The CONTRACTOR shall, after careful reading and understanding of the RFP, provide the Commercial documents and Technical documents (Together as “Proposal”) according to the following requirements and order strictly, including but not limited: 承包商在认真阅读并理解本询价要求文件后，严格按照以下要求和顺序提交商务部分文件和技术部分文件（合称报价），其内容包括但不限于： 4.1 Commercial documents, including: 商务部分文件，包括： (1) Your lump sum price proposal（Form of Proposal see Appendix-1, individual sealed in the priced proposal）; 报价总价格（报价函格式见附件1， 价格报价需单独密封）； (2) Table of Price Break Down (See appendix-2, individual sealed in the priced proposal）; 分项报价表（见附录2， 价格报价需单独密封）； (3) Agreement or proposed changes to the milestone payment schedule; 对同意里程碑付款计划或对里程碑付款计划提出的修改； (4) Tariff list for additional work (please refer to Part F )变更费率表（请参照Part F）(5) Consortium agreement (if any); 联合体协议（如有）； (6) Nominated sub-contractors (if any); 提名的分包人（如有）； (7) Agreement or proposed changes to the form of agreement(See Part B); 对协议格式同意或对协议格式的修改建议（见Part
