关于食用菌工厂化生产污染菌的研究 摘 要 从杏鲍菇工厂中患病的杏鲍菇上分离到了2个菌株（指定为S1，S2），接种至种包中，产生了同样的病变。根据革兰氏染色和生化检验结果，初步鉴这两个菌株为假单胞菌属。进一步对其生理生化特性，分析16SrRNA序列，鉴定S1为Pseudomonas putida，S2为Pseudomonas marginais。 关键词：生化检验 杏鲍菇 16SrRNA基因 Pseudomonas putida Pseudomonas marginais Abstract In places of production bacteria were repeatedly isolated.
