农村会计人员的现状及其研究 专业：财务管理 学生： 指导老师： 摘 要 随着我国改革开放的不断深化，我国会计制度改革也积极向前推进，但目前我国农村会计人员管理体制仍然不够理顺，还存在着很多不容忽视的问题，农村会计队伍建设仍然存在很多制约因素，必须下大力气认真加以解决。本文以农村会计人员的现状问题为研究对象，首先对我国农村会计人员的建设情况特别是队伍建设、管理体系、职业道德三个方面进行了梳理；接着对我国农村会计人员存在的问题及原因进行了分析；最后加强会计法律法规建设、强化会计人员职业教育、完善会计人员监督机制、完善会计人员考核模式、加大会计违法违规惩罚、创新会计人员管理体制六个方面提出解决对策。 关键词：农村；会计人员；队伍建设；素质 The Present Status and Research of Rural Accounting Major: Financial Management Student: Supervisor: Abstract With the continuous?deepening?of Chinas reform and opening up,?accountant system reform in China?is also actively?pushed forward,?but the current?management system of our country?rural ac counting?personnel?are still not?straighten out,?there are still many?problems can not be ignored, the construction of rural?accounting team?still exist?many?restricted factors,?must make great efforts?to solve them.?This paper?takes the current situation of?the problem of rural?accounting?personnel?as the research object,?first?on the construction of?accounting personnel in rural areas?of our country especially?the three?aspects of team building,?management system,?occupation?moral?reviews;?then analyzed the existing?problems?of rural?accounting and the reasons;?finally, strengthen?the construction of?accounting laws and regulations?to strengthen the accounting personnel?occupation?education,?perfecting the accounting?personnel?supervision mechanism, perfect accounting?personnel?examination mode,?increase?the illegal accounting?six aspects?the punishment,?innovation of the accountant management system?proposed countermeasures.
