颈动脉内膜剥脱术术前及术后的护理 [摘要]目的 脑卒中是当今人类第三致死原因，同时脑中风后的高致残率不仅严重影响病人的生存质量，而且给家庭和社会增添很的经济和心理负担［1］颈动脉内膜切除术是将动脉内膜切开并剥离增厚的内膜而使血管再通的手术［2］。颈动脉内膜切除术的首要目的是预防脑卒中的发生，是有效预防缺血性脑卒中再发的方法［3］。方法 收集2011年6月～2013年3月，10 例患者在全麻下手术行颈总动脉及(或)颈内动脉切开，剥脱动脉内膜，再将血管重新缝合。结果 2例患者治愈，5例患者症状明显减轻，3例患者症状减轻，恢复良好，均达到预期目的。结论卒中 [Summary] purpose of stroke is the third cause of death in humanity today, while the high disability rate of cerebral apoplexy which not only affect the patients quality of life and add to family and social economic and psychological burden on [1] carotid endarterectomy is the arterial intimal thickening of the intima
