精艺金属加工制造业ERP的设计与实施 摘要 管理是企业永恒的主题，管理科学是建立现代企业制度的重要内容。从本质上讲，ERP是一套信息系统，是一种管理工具。ERP的应用已经获得国际多数企业的认可，并且出现了很多应用成功的客户。对制造业来讲，确立企业信息化战略，建立企业自己的ERP系统，是信息化建设中一个非常重要的课题。JDE是一款成熟的ERP软件，近些年来在我国的中小型制造企业备受欢迎。 本文以国内一家大型金属加工制造企业ERP项目设计和实施为例进行研究。论文首先概述了课题的研究背景，然后介绍了项目实施的概况及规划，接下来对整个项目实施过程中的两个主要阶段——需求分析、功能设计做了主要论述。在进行充分调研的基础上，本文抽取了在调研过程中的一些主要企业需求难题，论述在JDE系统中如何将其实现。最后是论文的总结部分，分析整篇论文的成功之处和不足，同时对ERP设计和实施领域的研究趋势和发展做出展望。 关键词：ERP，JDE，需求分析，系统设计 Abstract Management is the eternal theme of enterprises and management science is an important part of establishing a modern enterprise system. From the essential general, ERP is an information system and a management tool. The application of ERP has received the recognition of the majority of international enterprises, and there have been many successful application customers. As far as manufacturing be concerned, establish enterprise information strategy and build their own ERP system is a very important issue in the information construction. JDE is a mature ERP software which popular in Chinas medium-sized manufacturing enterprises in recent years. In this paper, take the ERP project design and implementation in a large domes- tic metal processing and manufacturing enterprise for example to study. The article first introduced the project background information, and then describes the overview of project implementation and planning. Next part mainly discusses the two main phases: requirements and system design. On the basis of the full investigate, this paper extracts some of the major requirement problem and discusses how to achieve it in the JDE system. Finally, summarize the whole paper, and analysis the paper successes and deficiency. Meanwhile, make an outlook to the ERP implementing and design research field trend and development.
