近年来随着电力行业竞争愈演愈烈，电力生产节能降耗也成为各个电厂重点关注的问题。? 在保证完成发电量任务的前提下，降低厂用电率，减少厂用设备单耗成为重中之重。而在没有加装变频器时，凝结水泵（简称凝泵）电耗不会随负荷的改变而发生改变，始终在额定状态下工作。针对该问题，对国华台山发电厂在用的一期工程2×600MW的凝结水系统进行了升级改造。 国华台山发电厂凝结水系统采用了两台凝泵的配置，一台用于工作，一台处于备用状态，单台凝泵即可满足机组满负荷出力。?但由于凝结水系统中除氧器水位调整阀截流损失严重，同时低负荷下凝结水泵用电消耗较大，导致系统经济性较差，机组厂用电率高。针对耗能大和经济性差的问题，台山发电厂开展凝泵变频调节的方法，选用一拖二的手动进行工频转变到变频切换的改造方案，在负荷变化的同时，系统根据流量改变凝泵的电机转速。改造内容主要包括凝泵的变频、凝结水的操作员画面及凝泵的变频逻辑改造等等。改造后，凝结水泵的出力仅是满负荷时的三分之一，凝结水泵的单耗总体上降低了60%以上，单台机组厂用电率降低了0.5%左右。另外，变频调节使低转速下凝泵电机轴承温度、泵体轴承温度、电机线圈温度下降很多，从而延长了电机的使用寿命，为设备长时间安全稳定运行奠定了基础。关键词：?凝结水系统，变频调节，节能 Abstract?In recent years， along with the electric power industry competition intensified， power production focus on saving energy and reducing consumption has become the factory The problem.?On the premise of guarantee power generation task， decrease the rate of auxiliary power， reduce specific auxiliary equipment， become a top priority.
