RD team as a special team has its own characteristics: the great interdependence between team members, time pressure, and faced by the rapidly changing situation etc.. These characteristics determine the team members to timely communicate and mutually exchange information.It is key to develop. Implicit cognitive characteristics of the team needs from the perspective of shared mental models to research. In the shared mental model, team members will be tacit understanding, concerted action to complete the team work. Shared mental model on creative team is very helpful. But in the knowledge network structure embedded, team members can get more knowledge resources, the development team creativity has a great help.
