In most enterprise these problems usually include the standard structure system construction getting adrift production standardization focusing on format and surface and the mechanism construction of enterprise standardization being faultiness.According to the current situation of bases management in small-size constrution enterprise, this paper analyzed the reasons of weakness of bases management,discussed the way and methods to enhance the bases management in business.This is helpful for enterprises to improve ablibity and level. 【Key word】:bases management; Business; standardzation management ; management system 以标准化提升企业基础管理水平 1．绪论 1.1企业基础管理工作的内涵 企业基础管理工作是将秉承的企业经营理念转化为适应企业的管理方法，是为了实现企业整个战略目标展开的各种管理活动，是为了实现企业经营和管理职能提供各种数据资料、共同准则等基础性工作。每一个经营能力强，发展迅速，创新能力强，经营效益好的企业无不具有坚实的基础管理工作。 企业的基础管理工作包括，标准化工作、定额工作、计量工作、信息工作、规章制度、基础教育工作等。 1.2标准化管理的含义以及推行的目的和意义 所谓的标准化就是：“为在企业的生产经营、管理范围内获得最佳秩序，对实际的或潜在的问题制定共同的和重复的使用的规则的活动。表面上看起来是业务流程的优化和规范，但实际上是企业给管理理念的再生和企业文化的再生。通过改进产品、过程和服务的适用性，使企业获得更大的成功。再也标准化体系推行的过程中，原则性的框架容易做到，但是细节往往难以实现。 从企业管理退了，可以知道，企业基础管理工作主要包括，定额、计量、信息、规章制度、标准化、班组建设等工作。其中，标准化
