专 业： 临 床 医 学 班 级： 实验小组： 第三实验室第一小组 小组成员：邓荒各种因素对家兔血液凝固的影响 邓荒 (XX医学院临床医学，贵州 XX 123456） 【摘要】 目的 探究各种因素对血液凝固的影响及机制。方法 对新鲜家兔血液分别做置于室温、低温、加肺组织浸液、棉花、加肝素、加草酸钾、用竹签搅动处理，观察记录其凝血时间并与不做任何处理的血液凝固时间进行对比，分析凝血时间的变化。结果 草酸钾、肝素、低温处理的血液凝固时间较室温长，放少许棉花、肺组织浸液处理后的血液凝固时间较室温短，用竹签搅动过的血液不再凝固。结论 草酸钾、肝素、低温可抑制血液凝固；增加粗糙面、组织因子可促进血液凝固；纤维蛋白是血液凝固过程中所产生的不可少的物质。 【关键词】 血液；血液凝固因子；肝素；草酸钾 Various factors on the impact of blood coagulation in rabbits TANG Jun, LI Ya-Qi, LU Chi-Shuang, WU Chang-Min-Jie, LIU Ye, LI Jun,WANG Dan, ZHOU Jun, RAN Jun-Hao, ZHU Nan. MethodsFresh rabbit blood were done at room temperature, low temperature,plus heparin, potassium oxalate, stirred with a bamboo handle, and observed and recorded the clotting time of blood with no treatment clotting time compared to analyze changes in clotting time. Results The potassium oxalate, heparin, low-temperature processing of blood clotting time longer than the room temperature, put a little cotton, the lung tissue after infusion of blood clotting time shorter than the room temperature, stirred with a bamboo stick through the blood does not and then solidified.
