摘要 1844年世界上第一个成功的合作社—罗虚代尔公平先锋社在英国小城罗虚代尔镇产生了。从此之后，合作社作为弱势群体联合自救的组织开始在世界范围内发展起来，无数的劳动人民从中受益。世界各国普遍制定了专门的合作社法律及各项政策来推动合作社的发展，合作社在各国农业领域也有着非常强大的影响力。 在本研究中，笔者以制度变迁理论为指导，建立了一个分析框架，认为农村急需再一次制度变革。这次制度变革是在坚持家庭联产承包责任制下，通过组建新型合作社把分散的农民组织起来，作为一个整体参与市场竞争，增加农民的收入，促进农村经济的发展。 笔者并不满足于对现有资料的理论分析和逻辑推导，还到吉林省农村对现实中存在的新型合作社进行了调查。调查主要围绕新型合作社成立的动因、新型合作社的组织和经营状况、新型合作社面临的困难和问题等层面展开。 在规范分析和实证分析的基础上，笔者将研究的视角转移到重新认识新型合作社的价值、对政府目前相关政策进行评价、对政府应该采取的行为提出政策建议上。最后笔者从新型合作社自身的角度出发，论述了其应该如何发展。 关键词：新型合作社 市场经济 农村组织 ABSTRACT The first successful cooperative in the world was established in 1844 in a small town in Britain. From then on, cooperatives developed quickly in the whole world as a form of organization for disadvantaged groups to unite and help themselves. Nearly every country in the world has special laws and various policies to support the development of cooperatives and cooperatives have great influence in the field of agriculture in many countries. The author builds an analytical framework in this research.Clearly, the country is in great need to another systematic reform. This reform will retain the household responsibility system, and under this system, it will unite the dispersed peasant households through new-style cooperatives, which will represent farmers as one unified actor in the market. At the same time, through the new-style cooperation, farmers can increases their income and accelerates rural economic development. The author is dissatisfied with current theoretical analyses and went to jilin to investigate existing new-style cooperatives. The investigation mainly focuses on motivating factors for the development of new-style cooperatives. It also looks at the organizational and management situation of new-style cooperatives, and the difficulties and problems faced by new-style cooperatives.
