本科生毕业论文 百胜餐饮有限公司激励机制的调研分析 院系名称 会计学院 姓　　名 苏方玉 学　　号 20084140132 专　　业 会计学 指导教师 王定迅 教授 2012年5月20日 摘要 人力资源作为现代企业的一种战略性资源，已成为企业发展最关键的因素，人力资源管理的基本目的是：吸引、保留、激励与开发。其中激励是人力资源管理的核心部分，是企业管理的重要职能，是决定员工工作积极性的关键因素。因此，建立有效地激励机制极其重要。本文利用现场调查法（问卷调查法、谈话法、观察法）来研究百胜餐饮公司工作人员的满意度。本论文开篇阐述了百胜餐饮有限公司员工激励机制研究的背景和研究意义，并对激励、激励机制、人力资源涉及的理论进行了综述。在此基础上进行了分析，首先对员工激励机制现状与问题进行分析，通过问卷调查、访谈、实地调查等方式对公司激励机制现状进行分析。其次，综合国内外激励理论，通过调查的方式归纳出影响员工激励机制有效性的因素。同时，百胜餐饮有限公司构建员工激励机制还要有完善的保障体系。最后，基于上述分析基础上，得出本论文的几点结论。研究百胜餐饮员工激励的机制对百胜的发展有理论上的指导意义，对百胜的发展具有促进意义，对提升公司核心竞争力有深远的意义，同时也为公司实现经营目标奠定了基础。 关键字:激励；激励机制；人力资源；需要 Abstract Human resources as a modern enterprise strategic resource have become the most crucial factor. Human resource management is the basic aim of: attract, retain, motivation and development. The excitation is the core of human resources management, an important function of enterprise management, is the key factors that it can determine the working enthusiasm of the employees. Therefore, an effective incentive mechanism is established which is very important. This paper uses field survey (investigation method of the questionnaire, interview method, observation method) to study the yum staff satisfaction. This paper first introduces research background of Yum company employees’ incentive mechanism, the research significance, and the excitation, excitation mechanism, human resources and related theory. On the basis of analysis, firstly, we analyzed the current situation and problems of the staff excitation mechanism. The present situation of corporate excitation mechanism is analyzed by questionnaires, interviews, field surveys and other means. Secondly, integrated domestic and foreign motivation theory, we summarized the impact of staff excitation mechanism of effective factors through the way of the investigation.
