四川警察学院 毕 业 论 文 我国农村消防工作存在的问题及其对策 年 级 2010 级 姓 名 专 业 治 安 学 指导教师 李 克 建 2014年 5月 摘 要 2011年国务院发布《关于加强和改进消防工作的意见》，其中明确指出了当前时期我国的火灾预防工作重心，将全面切实强化火灾预防放在了重要的位置，并指出将要着实夯实消防基础工作、全面落实消防责任。该意见出台三年来我国的消防工作稳步有序发展，城镇和农村的消防基础设施得到补充。但是，由于我国消防工作特别是农村消防工作进展缓慢，导致我国农村消防事故频发，造成严重的人员和财产损失。因此，对我国当前的农村消防状况进行客观分析，同时提出促进和提高我国农村消防工作的对策，对我国农村消防工作具有十分重要意义。 关键词：消防 问题 措施 农村 The rural fire prevention characterized and countermeasures Abstract In 2011 promulgated by the state council about strengthening and improving the opinions of the fire control work, which explicitly pointed out that the current period of our country fire prevention work center of gravity, will be fully to strengthen fire prevention in an important position, and points out that will really strengthen fire control foundation work, the full implementation of fire-fighting responsibilities. Therefore, the objective, after analyzing the situation of our countrys current rural fire, and puts forward countermeasures to promote and improve the rural fire control work in China, rural fire control work has very important significance to our country.
