学号： 常 州 大 学 毕业设计（论文） （2011届） 题 目 杀菌釜设计 学 生 学 院 机械工程学院 专业班级 装备071 校内指导教师 专业技术职务 高级工程师 校内指导教师 无 专业技术职务 无 二○一一年六月 毕业设计（论文）杀菌釜设计 摘要：杀菌釜主要用于食品行业，医药等各个领域，其作用是对产品进行高温杀菌和消毒。结构上主要由釜体，釜盖，摆动装置，手摇减速器，安全装置及安全联锁机构，密封装置，支座，保温层，除污罐，阀门仪表等组成。设备的使用安全和操作方便是对杀菌釜设计的基本要求，根据给定工艺参数确定设计参数，按现行的国家规范、标准进行设计，首先进行了内压圆筒，封头，法兰，水压实验压力，鞍座，以及开孔补强和安全阀的强度计算。之后，进行了校核计算，确保设计符合要求，最后对杀菌釜制造，安装，维护，检修过程中可能出现的问题进行了研究，指出了注意事项，以及解决方法，最终得出A0手工总图一张，CAD图纸4张，计算说明书一份。 杀菌釜行业属于配套行业，优秀的设计方案，可以有效提高生产效率，促进经济的发展。 关键词：杀菌釜 主要部件 强度计算 Sterilization kettle design Abstract：Sterilization kettle is mainly used for the food industry, medicine and other fields. Its role is to high temperature sterilization and disinfection products. From a structural point of view, It consists of kettle body, tank cover, swing device, hand gear, safety devices and safety interlock body, seals, bearings, insulation, decontamination tank, valves, meters and other components.
