版本/修改：C/0前 言 本标准依据GB/T19001-2000、GB/T28001-2001、GB/T24001-2004管理体系标准化工作要求，结合本公司质量安健环管理及实现管理规范的要求制定。 机组故障恢复时,存在较多问题,根据运行操作的实际需要,编制本技术措施,指导运行人员正常处理事故,保证机组安全稳定运行。 本标准由国电石嘴山发电有限责任公司标准化委员会提出。 本标准由本公司发电部负责起草、归口并负责解释。 技术措施起草人: 汪建平审 核: 袁涛批 准：张学锋 本措施于 2010年 11月 01日首次发布。 本措施的版本及修改状态：C/0汽轮机故障恢复技术措施 适用范围 本制度适用于国电宁夏石嘴山发电有限责任公司四台机组。 汽机故障恢复时应注意的问题：1）冲转前检查轴封压力正常，轴封调节仪在自动状态。2）冲转过程中要注意检查轴承振动及轴承温度、推力轴承温度的变化。3）当汽机冲至3000 rpm时，要及时停交流润滑油泵，顶轴油泵，盘车电机，就地检查各瓦是否有漏油，防止火灾事故的发生；检查汽机各项保护投入。4）发电机并网后，要及时加负荷，防止发电机逆功率动作。5）发电机并网后，汽机高、低加可随机投入。6）在恢复过程中，当锅炉需大流量上水时，特别注意调节凝汽器水位，除氧器水位，防止凝汽器水位低而除氧器水位高现象发生。7）当汽机负荷大于30MW时，若不能自动切高缸控制，应手动切高缸控制，切缸时要注意及时加负荷关高旁，防止负荷小于25MW反切缸，切缸时注意检查真空疏水阀关闭，高排逆止门开启，注意调节汽包水位。8）锅炉启动磨组后，要控制好升压率，防止升压率过高高旁开启。备注无 附录：文件修改记录 编号：GDNSPC.5.20.YXQJ01.02.2010流水号： 文件条款 修改内容 修改时间 修改人 审核生产调度管理标准Q/GDNSPC 204.21.01—2005 汽轮机故障恢复技术措施GDNSPC.5.20.YXQJ01.02.2010 their own conditions to develop the correct road, the maximum to avoid investment risk, gain profit.(three) vigorously promote the brand.
