But the use of FDI plays an important role in the process of Zhejiang industrial structure adjustment. Since Chinas reform and opening up, Chinas investment promotion and capital introduction speed up. In 2004 China put forward to promote transformation of resources, through the adjustment of economic structure, attract more foreign direct investment, so as to promote the investment promotion and capital introduction to choose capital. This article mainly studies Zhejiang FDI driving effect of adjustment of industrial structure, from two aspects to have comparative analysis: the investment promotion and capital introduction and choose capital. Firstly review the process of Zhejiang FDI under the investment promotion and capital introduction policy. Then discuss the investment promotion and capital introduction changing to choose capital of the status quo and characteristics of FDI and FDI in the industry analysis and regional source. And then analyze the reason of the shift from the investment promotion and capital introduction to choose capital. Through the empirical comparative analysis on investment promotion and capital introduction to choose capital conversion of foreign direct investment of Zhejiang industrial structure adjustment, we come to the conclusion that foreign direct investment has a promoting effect on Zhejiang industrial structure adjustment. Foreign direct investment has different effect on the investment promotion and capital introduction and selection and Z
