发如何解决城市交通与停车问题 摘要：本文分析了城市交通问题背后隐藏的经济原理，分别研究了车主对出行路线的选择，停车难，公共交通拥挤和汽车尾气排放、鸣笛所引起的问题等，解释出其背后的博弈均衡，供求调节，负外部性等经济学原理。最后，我们介绍了新加坡、香港优秀的交通管理方式，说明对交通的治理和管理应该也必须有政府的介入进行宏观调控，在调控的时要以一种系统工程的思路进行，进行一致性、全方位的规划整合，才能在对城市交通管理上收到良好的效果。 关键词：城市交通; 停车; 系统工程; 博弈; 供求; 负外部性 Abstract: This paper analyzes the problem of urban transport economic rationale behind. We investigated the problem of the choice made by cars’ owners of the travel route, the difficulty of parking, public traffic congestion and vehicle emissions, the problems caused by whistle, etc., to explain the underlying game equilibrium of supply and dema
