本科生毕业论文 沃尔玛连锁超市物流配送系统研究 院 系： 经济管理学院 专 业： 工商管理 毕业论文诚信声明 本人郑重声明： 所呈交的毕业论文《 沃尔玛连锁超市物流配送系统研究 》是本人在指导老师的指导下，独立研究、写作的成果。论文中所引用是他人的无论以何种方式发布的文字、研究成果，均在论文中以明确方式标明。 本声明的法律结果由本人独自承担。 作 者 签 名： 指导教师签名： 年 月 日 摘 要 目前，连锁经营已成为国内外零售企业发展的主流趋势，但随着大型连锁零售企业的注意兴起于规模不断扩大，物流配送系统已成为影响企业发展的重要影响因素。我国各超市企业应根据自身的实际情况，并结合沃尔玛的成功经验，建立完善的供销货物系统。 本文对国内外大型连锁超市的物流系统进行了调查分析，结合国内外著名学者理论，深入了解沃尔玛物流配送系统的优缺点，针对沃尔玛的内外部环境，采用了swot分析法，对国内连锁超市企业存在的威胁、机遇进行分析，对存在的优势和机会进行分析，并找出能解决问题的切实方法，并结合实际提出了一些相应的建议，对国内连锁超市的进一步发展进行战略性的选择。 关键词：沃尔玛 连锁超市 物流配送 Abstract At present, chain operation has become the mainstream trends of retail enterprises at home and abroad, but as the attention of large chain retail enterprises in scale expands unceasingly, the logistics distribution system has become the important influence factors of affecting enterprise development. Supermarkets enterprise should according to own actual situation in our country, and combining the successful experience of wal-mart, establish perfect goods supply and marketing system. Logistics system based on domestic and foreign large supermarket chains are investigated and analyzed, together with the famous scholars at home and abroad theory, in-depth understanding of the advantages and disadvantages ofWAL-MART logistics distribution system, according to WAL-MARTs internal and external environment, using the SWOT analysis method, the existence ofdomestic chain supermarket enterprises threat, opportunity analysis, the existing advantages and the opportunity analysis, and find out the effective method to solve the problem, and puts forward some corresponding suggestions, is a strategic choice for the further development of domestic chain supermarkets. 【key word】 Wal-Mart W
