中小物流车队的供应链金融模式 摘 要 随着时代的不断发展,中小物流企业的资金运转也不断出现问题,而且国内中小物流企业的数目也与日俱增,所以现在银行大力发展供应链金融去盘活小企业的资金,银行也能获得利益,因此供应链金融的发展是大势所趋。但是供应链金融行业竞争异常激烈,以天辉物流公司简单的销售方法和供应链金融方式已经跟不上行业的发展,若不及时进行变革,存在极大被淘汰的风险。本文至此,阐述了天辉物流公司的供应链金融的内涵,总结出了天辉物流公司供应链金融的现状和存在的问题,并给出几种天辉物流公司进军供应链金融的策略。天辉物流公司目前的营销存在盲目性,营销团队无战略无组织,为了跟上时代的发展,营销方式应该通过科学、规范,公司应该分析内外部的销售环境,然后整合线上线下的资源,把人力力等有限的资源用到关键点上,通过数据分析进行精准营销。 关键词: 物流企业;物流车队;供应链金融; Abstract With the continuous development of the times, small and medium-sized logistics enterprises in the operating funds also continue to have problems, and the number of domestic small and medium-sized logistics enterprises is also increasing, so now the banks develop supply chain finance to make an inventory of small enterprise funds, banks could benefit, therefore supply chain finance development is the trend of the times. But supply chain competition in the financial industry, fierce, with simple Tianhui logistics company sales methods and supply chain finance ways has not kept up with the development of the industry requirements, if not timely change, there is great risk was eliminated. So far, this paper expounds the Tianhui logistics company supply chain finance connotation, summed up the day Hui logistics company supply chain finance present situation and the existing problems, and thus gives several Tianhui logistics company to enter the supply chain finance strategy. Tianhui logistics companys current marketing exists blindness and marketing team strategy without organization, in order to keep up with the times development, marketing should be through the scientific and standard, the company should internal and external marketing environment analysis, and integration of online and offline resources, the manpower and financial resources used, used by the analysis of marketing target.
