和谐社会理念下环境保护之定位 2008级法律 陈 斌 【摘要】 和谐社会既是一个法治社会，又是一个生态和谐社会。两者是相互统一，相互促进的关系。环境法所要体现和保障的价值以及所要达到的目的，与我们所要构建和谐社会中人与自然和谐相处的内容是完全一致的。在和谐社会的理念之下，以科学发展观为指导，将《环境保护法》创制成“协调人与自然和谐相处”的环境与资源基本法，必然会对构建和谐社会产生积极而深远的影响。 【英文摘要】The socialist harmonious society is a society under the roles of law, and then is an ecological society.
