AgNOR检测在卵巢良、恶性肿瘤鉴别诊断中的价值 【关键词】 ,卵巢肿瘤 摘 要：目的：AgNOR检测应用于卵巢肿瘤的鉴别诊断。方法：选择已确诊94例卵巢肿瘤，良性卵巢粘液性囊腺瘤47例，卵巢粘液性囊腺癌24例，交界性卵巢囊腺瘤23例。分别对三组进行AgNOR检测。结果：良恶性两组比较有显著差异、交界组界于两面者之间。结论：AgNOR计数与肿瘤的恶性度大体上呈正比，对良恶性卵巢肿瘤鉴别及分类，分型、分级有一定价值。 关键词： AgNOR； 卵巢肿瘤 Evaluate AgNOR test in Distinctively Diagnosis of Ovarian Tumor Abstract:Objective:To evaluate AgNOR test in distinctively diagnosis of ovarian :To analyze ovarian tumor diagnosised of 94 cases take AgNOR test and there are three classes serious cystadenoma of 47 cases,mucinous cystadenocarcinoma of 24
