China National Computer Conference 2003 Letter of Invitation Nov. 26~28, 2003 China The coming of the information ages, the development of science and technology and the breakthrough in the computer field exert a great influence on the world politics, economy and culture. China, after its successful entry into WTO, has become a globalized market, which makes the survival and development of the computer industry face more and more severe test and changes the core of the market competition fundamentally. The combination of knowledge innovation with technology innovation, material production with knowledge production, hardware manufacture with software production, traditional economy with information network, all of these changes urge us to accelerate the combination of theorization of research with the industrialization of the commercial field.
