CBL教学法在妇产科技能教学中的应用效果分析   [摘要] 目的 观察CBL教学法在妇产科技能教学中的应用效果。 方法 选取我校临床专业244名学生,采取整群抽样的方法分为实验组和对照组,实验组采用 CBL教学法进行妇产科技能教学,对照组采用传统教学法授课。授课结束后,对两组采用考试和问卷调查相结合的方法进行教学效果的评价。结果 实验组技能考核成绩、理论考核成绩及教学满意度均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均0.05)。 结论 在妇产科技能教学中应用CBL教学法,学生满意度高,教学效果良好,值得推广。   [关键词] CBL教学法;妇产科;技能教学   [中图分类号] R71-4 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701(2014)02-0075-03   Analysis on application effect of CBL teaching method on obstetrics and gynecology skill teaching   YANG Zuyan YANG Zheng CHU Guojian DONG Shoutang ZHUANG Zhenli   Department of Clinical Medicine, Baoshan College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Yunnan Province, Baoshan 678000, China   [Abstract] Objective To observe the application effect of CBL teaching method on obstetrics and gynecology skill teaching. Methods Selected 244 students of clinical medicine specialty in our college,who were divided into the experimental group and the control group by cluster sampling method. CBL teaching method was used to teach obstetrics and gynecology skill in the experimental group,while traditional teaching method was adopted to the control group.After lecture,the combination of examination and questionnaire methods were used to evaluate the teaching effectiveness between the two group. Results Both the theory test scores,skills test scores and teaching satisfaction of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P all 0.05). Conclusion CBL teaching method in obstetrics and gynecology skill can obtain students’ satisfaction and achieve teaching effect,is worthy of popularization.   [Key words] CBL teaching method; Obstetrics and gynecology; Skill teaching   妇产科是一门理论与实践紧密结合的临床学科,正确地掌握基本理论知识和操作技能是学生学习的主要目的[1]。传统的技能教学模式已不能满足现代医学人才培养的需要。案例中心教学法(case-based learning,CBL)教学模式已在国外医学院校较普遍实施并显示良好的效果。近年来,在我国亦有多个医学院校尝试和报道[2-4],但仍处于试验性探索阶段[5],且绝大多数是将 CBL教学法应用于理论教学、见习及临床实习教学的研究。本课题将 CBL教学法应用于高职高专妇产科技能教学中,旨在通过病例实战,使学生全面理解并掌握操作技能,提高其学习主动性,建立分析疾病诊治的临床思路。此方法取得了良好的教学
