小太阳食品厂双层钢结构厂房设计土木工程与建筑学院 土木工程2010级：程锦 指导老师：董事尔摘要：本设计为双层钢结构厂房的设计，建筑高度10.2m，建筑面积1728 ，防火等级为丁级防火，设计主要包括建筑设计和结构设计两大部分。综合考虑建筑艺术、建筑环境以及建筑功能的要求，进行建筑平面、立面、剖面设计。综合专业知识，结构设计主要内容有：屋架结构设计和验算，框架结构设计和基础设计。本设计选用一榀框架进行计算，手算为主，利用PKPM进行复核。其中，在对屋架杆件计算和选择时使用结构力学求解器，对横向水平荷载采用“D值法”，竖向荷载作用下采用弯矩二次分配法。关键词：钢结构厂房；建筑设计；结构设计Abstract: The design for the double steel plant design, building height 10.2m, building area 1728, fire rating of Class D fire design includes architectural design and structural design of two parts.
