数控车床电动刀架故障诊断与维修 侯晓方 (陕西国防工业职业技术学院，西安，710300) 摘要：结合电动刀架的工作原理，对数控机床刀架部分在使用中出现的故障现象进行系统分析，针对不同的故障原因，提出相应的诊断和维修方法。 关键词：数控；刀架；故障；维修 Malfunction Diagnosis and Maintenance of Tool Carrier on CNC Machine Tool Abstract：The malfunctions were analyzed by workings of the elcetric tool carrier on CNC machine tool. According to the causes of failure, the ways of malfunction diagnosis and maintenance were advised. Key words: CNC；Tool carrier；Malfunction；Maintenance 0引言在我国批量生产大量引进和推广应用它们给机械制造业的发展创造了条件并带来很大的效益。任何部分的故障与失效，都会使机床停机，从而造成生产停顿若在出现故障后不及时维修排除故障，就会造成较大的经济损失。
