甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈治疗2型糖尿病的临床效果观察 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈治疗2型糖尿病的临床效果。 方法 选取本院2013年2月~2014年2月收治的78例2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象，根据治疗方法不同将其分为实验组和对照组，每组各39例。对照组采用胰岛素皮下注射进行治疗，实验组应用甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈治疗，比较两组患者的治疗效果。 结果 两组治疗后的HbA1c、2 hPG、FPG水平均较治疗前显著降低（P0.05）。实验组的总有效率为97.4%，显著高于对照组的79.5%（P0.05）。 结论 甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈治疗2型糖尿病能有效维持血糖稳定性，降低胰岛素用量，减少低血糖的发生，是一种较为理想的治疗方案，值得推广应用。 　　[关键词] 甘精胰岛素；2型糖尿病；瑞格列奈；血糖 　　[中图分类号] R781.6+4[文献标识码] A[文章编号] 1674-4721（2014）06（a）-0099-03 　　 　　Clinical effect observation of insulin glargine combined with repaglinide treating type 2 diabetes 　　SHI Cun-cai 　　Department of Internal Medicine,StaffHospital of Henan Coal Construction Group Company,Zhengzhou 450009,China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical effect of insulin glargine combined with repaglinide treating type 2 diabetes.
