摘 要 中国传统社会廉政法律文化是科学理论引导下的把传统的清廉法律制度作为根据、清廉法律思想作为关键、清廉法律组织实行机构作为保证的廉政法律文化有机体，从本质上体现了我党的执政理念、执政目的和执政手段，是新世纪社会主义先进文化建设和反腐倡廉建设中必不可少的核心组成部分。中国传统社会廉政法律文化具有典型的传统性、绝对的人民性、淳朴的民族性和历史传承性以及开阔的开放性等特点，在反腐倡廉建设中起着指导、教育、督促和惩戒的重要功能。新世纪加强中国传统社会廉政法律文化建设，具有重大、深刻的理论意义和实践意义。 关键词：中国传统社会；廉政法律文化；公平正义；和谐社会 Abstract Chinese traditional law culture is the social integrity, the integrity of the scientific theory under the guidance of the traditional legal system thought as according to law, clean as a key and incorruption legal organization implements the organization as a guarantee that the integrity of the legal cultural organism, essentially reflects the partys governing idea, governing purpose and means, is the new century in the construction of socialist advanced culture construction and anti-corruption essential core part.
