中小企业的财务风险及其防范措施 摘要：随着经济全球化的发展，市场竞争的日益加剧，中小企业的财务风险呈现愈加多发的趋势。而中小企业由于自身条件限制比大企业更容易受到财务风险的困扰。针对这一问题，本文作者利用所学的财务管理，会计，以及经济学相关知识，进行了深入研究分析，指出中小企业财务风险的五种类型以及形成风险的主要原因，通过具体案例和数据分别深入讨论几种财务风险对企业造成的影响，再结合中小企业的特点制定有针对性的财务风险的防范措施，旨在提高中小企业防范风险的能力。 关键词：中小企业、财务风险、防范措施、 Financial?Risks?And?Prevention?In?Small?And?Medium-sized Enterprises Abstract: With the globlization of the world economy and the aggravation of market competition small and enterprises are facing more and more financial risks. Compared to big companies, they are more vulnerable to financial crisis due to the limit of thei
