Study on Preparation of nano zinc oxide composites using Lactobacillus salivarius
Abstract:In this experiment,the use of saliva lactic acid bacteria and zinc sulfate mixture to prepare nano - Zinc Oxide,?The analysis of pH, water bath temperature, water bath time effect of reaction products production,And the effect of the reaction products on the E.coli and Staphylococcus aureus were detected.Results show,Preparation of pH has a significant influence on the amount of preparation, and the water bath time and temperature on the reaction volume had no significant effect.The reaction products of the best preparation technology of water bath temperature of 75 degrees centigrade, water bath time is 25min, pH is 6.5.
The reaction products were used to detect the inhibitory effect of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus.Results show,The reaction products of each group were able to produce a clear inhibition zone to E. coli, and the possibility of acid, lactic acid bacteria, lactic acid bacteria secretion, and the antibacterial activity of zinc sulfate were eliminated,All of the products produced in the products have antibacterial effect of nano Zinc Oxide. In the further pathogenic bacteria growth inhibition test, each group of products can significantly inhibit the growth of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus,The highest inhibition rate was 59.9%, the lowest was 21.5%. The 1mg/ml reaction product was the highest inhibition rate, up to 14.9%, and the lowest was 4.2%.Of each product group total inhibition rate and inhibitory rate were significantly different. Combined with yield and bacteriostatic rate index, this experiment obtained by Lactobacillus salivarius of preparation of the optimal conditions for the reaction products to 55 DEG C water bath temperature, bath time 35min, pH of 5.5.
