Taoling village ,prospered and thrived at that time ,but has undergone extreme difficulties . In Qing dynasty .the Taiping Army fighted up against qing government here,and destroyed lots of Taos relics.After liberation, people logged big piece old trees ,burned carbon,refined iron and destroyed large forest during the Da Yue Jing .In the Cultural Revolution ,there were lots of Taoyuan cultural relics to be eliminated ,including removing Shuikou and demolishing ancestrall hall. Own to the poor conduction ,changing to build the old building and a accident fire burned the survived Tao villages ancestall hall.From then on ,the relics of Wulin apartment ,Jielin Hall ,Shuikou Memorial archway and Chysanthemum ancientpavilian have been devastated forever. What is worse ,the gravestone of Taos ancesistor was also moved to be the generation hometown of Tao Yuanming influenced the landscape ,the mountain scenery remain and Humanism sight have good visible .The most important point was that people went through difficulties to protect the Tao Family Genealogy ,which was the valueless relics,and was one of historic evidence that Taos generations have a long life live in ancient Yi County , Peach Garden. Xinhua agency have been hosted a special program ,interviewed Xuan Fenghua ,who was the chief of branch office in Anhui province,put forward that this is the rare edition in our contry history. Therefore ,from Ancient Yi Taoling villages history can be seen ,although it did not know clearly whether Tao Yuanming had seted foot in Ancient Yi ,it was improved Taos descendants (especially to Tao Gengsi who was similar to Tao Yuanming in personality)preferred to this place and settled in, which added a splendid page in the history books about the cultural of Ancient Yi ,Peach garden. Ancient Yis villagers(the Taos villagers) demand Peach garden to retrieve the old appearance what the village used to be ,and invited the investment to have a integrated development a another new area
