The supplied products we guaranteed include: all燼rticles we supply to Compeq and the chemical raw materials used during producing爐he articles in question;articles,components,accessories,assistant parts and materials爑sed to constitute燙ompeqs products;any material and object used during in-process stage or back-end processing;materials used for packing, stuffing and buffering 2.若因公司违反前述第1条之保证而致华通电脑(苏州)有限公司遭受任何损失,公司愿承担一切赔偿责任。 Should the Company breach Section 1, Company shall reimburse Compeq for all the losses incurred therefrom. 3.本不使用证明书自公司盖章后生效,非经华通电脑(苏州)有限公司书面同意,公司不得自行变更本保证书。且本保证书之效力不因公司内部变动而受影响。 This certificate of non-use　substances has been duly executed by Company’s duly authorized representative on the date as last set forth herein. Any amendment to this Warranty shall not be effective without Compeq’s prior written consent.
