设计总说明 1 概述 本设计主要是在华北科技学院安全工程学院教研室的指导下，以金鼎煤矿井田地质报告以及《煤炭工业设计规范》《煤矿安全规程》等国家相关的政策、法律、法规 （2）根据井田内煤层赋存状况及现有技术条件，选择适宜的开采方法； （3）推广长壁工作面采煤法，提高资源回收率； （4）井下巷道尽可能布置在煤层中，减少岩巷掘进工程量； （5）因地制宜，少占土地、建筑物，生产系统安全、紧凑； （6）减少煤柱损失，多回收资源，提高煤炭利用率； （7）加强环境保护，积极开展“三废”治理，减少污染，变废为宝。 4 设计的主要特点 （1）矿井设计生产能力为t/a，本次设计储量为：。全矿井设三个井筒，主立井、副立井、回风井矿井为瓦斯矿井，井下设有主运输大巷和专用回风大巷主立井主提升设备选用t标准箕斗提煤，副立井采用一对3t单层单车普通罐笼，担负矿井的辅助提升在煤层中布置轨道，首采区布置在主立井附近的。主变电所、主水泵房、水仓均布置在副立井附近的 （6）采用，顶板采用全部垮落法管理矿井选用轴流式通风机台，风机配套电动机为150kW。 防灭火部分是2号煤层普采工作面均压防灭火技术的研究。首先，通过调查其发火情况来确定其发火的规律及采场漏风分析；然后，把原工作面的通风系统由“U”型改成“偏Y”型，并确定出合理的均压值，得出调节风窗与区段平巷的面积，使工作面均压，达到防止煤炭自然发火的目的。 The Design Ventilation system and safety measure for Jin Ding Coal Mine Part one:Summarize This design is mainly under the guide of the teaching and research section of the safe engineering college of North China institute of science and technology.
