The systems overall structure for MVC pattern, provides the basis for expansion. Among them is rapid page rendering PHP and shorten the page load ability, can better show time enterprise information to users. MYSQL is an open-source database, so its use saves the small and medium enterprises to buy database software costs. Meanwhile I can with Apache server configuration is relatively simple, enterprise through the Internet can find build environment installation kits, easy to use. Smarty template is to page and logic code of separation, is later replacement template and scripts offer good value added services such as support. This system mainly divided into six module, respectively is receptionist control module, appearance customizations module, content management module, log management module, navigation management module and system configuration module, this paper introduced in detail.
