摘 要 伴随经济时代的到来，对于会计行业一些问题开始陆续出现。本文通过对于我国目前会计行业的研究，逐步发现会计从业人员暴露出来的问题。财会人员表现出了法律观念不坚定，淡泊的法律意识。对于这样的问题，笔者究其原因是教育的缺失，对于职业道德的忽视造成当前财会人员的自我修养不高，业务素质低下的问题。对于这些问题本文做出了具体的研究，并寻求其产生的原因，对于会计职业道德问题提出个人解决方案，并提出有效可行的实施策略，为全新的会计职业道德培养制度提供一个良好的参照。 关键词：会计，解决方法，职业道德，法律 Abstract With the advent of the era of economy, some problems for the accounting industry began to appear. This article through to the study of the accounting industry in our country at present, gradually found that the accounting staff are exposed. Accounting personnel shows not a legal concept firmly, indifferent conscio
